Suzi MacGregor Music
Suzi MacGregor, singer and musician from West Wales, now based in Bristol, and currently working on her debut album for Cuculi Records. Suzi began songwriting in an acoustic folk/pop duo, went on to study classical music, and has settled into a sound that spans genres whilst maintaining an elegant and soulful delivery. She is a graceful and heartfelt performer, and her voice and songs have rightly been described as “heavenly”.
The Creative Camino
Four artists, four community members, a travel writer, and a filmmaker made the eight-day journey on foot from Ferns to St Davids.
A documentary film told the story of their journey and encouraged others to follow in their footsteps.
The artists were Bonnie Boux, Kate Powell, Suzi MacGregor, and Ailsa Richardson. The project teamed up with Journeying, a Celtic-focused walking and pilgrimage guide company based in Pembrokeshire, who worked closely with The British Pilgrimage Trust on the development of the new pilgrim route from Ferns to St Davids.
As part of the workshop series following the pilgrimage, Suzi invited people to begin an intimate inquiry into 'voice' - in response to the land and the essence of pilgrimage/camino. Participants could expect embodied vocal exercises, imaginative explorations of vocal texture and tone, sharing circles, some fun improvisation games, and singing heart-warming harmonies together in the wild!

Cove is your all-femme house-band, opening and closing the night, drawing inspiration from genres including cinematic, ambient, neo-classical, indie-folk, jazz and soul.
We welcome people from all walks of life to join us in an open-stage evening of fully improvised music, paying special attention to curating a nurturing, spatially aware and deeply emotive ambiance. Cove holds space for musicians, and anyone bringing poetry or spoken word, and you’ll find an arts and crafts table with new material every month - let your hand move to the music and allow expression to flow in an abstract manner!
